Privacy Notice

Who we are

This notice applies to the SlideQuilt marketing website operated by Broad Mountain Digital at slidequilt.broadmountaindigital.com. The SlideQuilt desktop application is a separate product with its own offline-first privacy characteristics.

Information we collect on this website

When you visit this site, our hosting provider may process server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages) to deliver the site securely. If you opt in to analytics cookies, Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager may collect usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device/browser characteristics, and referral source.

Analytics cookies are optional and are not placed until you choose "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner or enable analytics in cookie preferences.

How we use information

  • Operate, secure, and improve the marketing website
  • Measure aggregate site traffic and content performance when you opt in
  • Respond to support or legal requests when applicable

Sale or sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information. If analytics is enabled, some analytics providers may process data in ways that could be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by rejecting analytics or using cookie preferences to disable analytics at any time.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information we maintain, correct inaccurate personal information, and opt out of sale or sharing of personal information. Because analytics is opt-in on this site, rejecting analytics is the primary way to limit sharing related to analytics cookies.

To exercise privacy rights, contact Broad Mountain Digital using the information below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Retention

Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's operational policies. Analytics data retention is governed by our Google Analytics / Tag Manager configuration. Your cookie preference is stored locally in your browser until you clear site data or change your choice.

Your choices

You can review or change analytics cookie settings at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the site footer (available on the production site when analytics is configured).
